About the Role

We are looking for an individual who is looking to develop their career within our organisation by spearheading the marketing operations of our platform. Within this role, you will be working on planning creative & compelling marketing campaigns to effectively capture our platform's products to customers. To achieve this objective under your role, you will be expected to:

Take responsibility for planning and executing larger marketing campaigns by managing a team of Marketing Associates as well as Outreach coordinators to maximise our industry presence.
Support other departments such as Product Development & Tutoring by allocating your department resources to aid in the Marketing of new products or services that are in the works by these departments.
Support the delivery of marketing activities that will help our clients have a greater understanding of the services available to them whilst also increasing the scope of our customer base.
Be responsible for the growth & development of junior staff within the department by offering frequent feedback and ensuring that staff are aware and utilising resources available to them to grow their skillsets.
Aid and give feedback to Outreach Co-ordinator positions to increase our organisation's opportunities with B2B clients.
Compile reports that will be presented by your department in monthly board meetings to give context to other divisions about your monthly performance, new projects, as well as new strategies that you wish to implement.
