About the Role
We are looking for an individual who is looking to develop their career within our organisation by maintaining marketing operations of our platform by regularly producing content such as social posts, graphics, and short animations. Within this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of social media accounts, and the creation of any relevant promotional material. You will also find yourself collaborating with staff from different departments to ensure that newly released products & services are correctly advertised to our customer base as part of larger promotional campaigns that will be planned by the Marketing Director. To achieve this objective under your role, you will be expected to:
Be responsible for the independent day-to-day management of our social media channels to entice our audience to consume our Products & Services.
Offer your talents in graphics design, animation, and the ability to sell to our other departments when supporting larger projects involving the rollout of new Products & Services.
Be creative in the way you format posts & create content designed to attract customers to raise our engagements and increase the scope of people that see our work.
Keep our audience updated with any relevant changes to our business strategies, new Product Ranges, or Services that will be of interest.
Create a sense of community by responding to comment sections on company accounts to drive organic growth and boost engagements.
